The Hunting Party combines a tense search with dark humour. Richard Gere plays Simon Hunt, a journalist whose career unravels during a live television report. Years later, he reunites with his former cameraman, Duck, and draws him into a search for a war criminal known as the Fox.

Directed by Richard Shepard, the film also stars Terrence Howard, Jesse Eisenberg and Ljubomir Kerekeš. In the Vojnić area, its story can be explored through two locations in Krstinja: the setting of the early television report and the location used for the final scene.
