Version 1.0 | 11 October 2026
1 Who operates this website

The website is operated by BG Vision društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za usluge, abbreviated as BG Vision d.o.o., Matuljska cesta 19D, 51211 Matulji, Croatia, Croatian personal identification number (OIB) 94381977424, registered with the Commercial Court in Rijeka under company registration number (MBS) 040497575. 2 Scope of the service
Scope of the service The public content of ME ON SET provides information about screen heritage and helps you plan visits. Browsing the website, scanning a QR code or opening a map does not, by itself, create a payment obligation, a booking, a guiding contract or permission to enter a location. Your network provider may charge for internet access under its own terms.
A route description is not, by itself, confirmation of an organised tour. Where a guide or another provider's service is presented, check that provider's identity, availability, price and terms before booking. We remain responsible, in accordance with the transaction and the law, for any obligations ME ON SET actually undertakes.
Business services for tourist boards and other partners, including production, signs, publications and maintenance, are governed by separate agreements. These terms do not amend existing partner agreements or replace any terms required for a purchase or booking
These terms are continuously accessible through the website footer and may be saved or printed. Please follow these rules and applicable law when using the content. Where a particular action requires contractual acceptance or consent, we request the appropriate separate action; browsing alone is not such consent.
3 Film and location information
We prepare content with professional care, checking available sources and filming information. A location's appearance on screen may involve sets, editing, visual effects or several locations combined. The place you visit may therefore look different today.
An information board or a route's starting point may be located away from the exact position of a particular shot. Its description and map explain its connection with the location and its position. Coordinates, distances, durations and difficulty estimates assist planning; they are not a professional assessment of safety, passability or accessibility.
Access conditions, opening hours, admission prices, traffic and terrain may change. Check current information with the owner, manager or relevant authority before visiting. Please report inaccuracies with a link and any supporting evidence; we will investigate and amend the content where appropriate.
4 Visiting locations and QR points
Respect private property, local rules, on-site signs, opening hours, cultural and natural heritage, and instructions from owners and managers. Listing a location or installing a QR board does not authorise entry into closed buildings, private areas, construction sites or other restricted places.
Do not cross barriers, enter abandoned or damaged buildings without the necessary permission, or attempt dangerous scenes from films. Adapt your visit to the weather, terrain, equipment and abilities. On-site instructions and restrictions take priority over a digital route. The accompanying person is responsible for children during a visit in accordance with the law.
Check rules on photography, filming and drones separately. ME ON SET does not issue permits for these activities. Responsibility for a location or sign depends on each party's actual role and the law; these terms do not exclude our own obligations.
If a QR code appears damaged or covered by an unfamiliar sticker, enter meonset.com manually and report the problem. Our information QR code does not, by itself, request payment or bank details.
5 Intellectual property and permitted use
Rights in original texts, photographs, recordings, graphic designs, the selection and arrangement of content and other protected elements belong to BG Vision d.o.o. or other rights holders. Film, series, studio and other names and marks belong to their respective holders. We do not claim ownership of every displayed item or of historical facts.
You may browse public content, share links, and save or print a reasonable portion of our content for personal, non-commercial visit planning, retaining credits. A separately identified licence takes precedence for the material it covers. This permission extends only to rights we are entitled to grant.
Republishing our protected texts, photographs or recordings, using them commercially or extracting a substantial part of the location database requires prior permission unless the law permits that use without permission. Statutory exceptions, including quotation under the applicable conditions, remain unaffected.
You must not remove rights notices, present our content as your own, or embed it in a way that hides its origin or falsely implies an official relationship. A link or reference to ME ON SET does not authorise use of our logo in another party's advertising.
6 Film materials and partner references
References to films, performers, studios or platforms identify and discuss screen stories. They do not, by themselves, mean that those parties sponsor, approve or officially support ME ON SET. Actual partnerships are identified separately.
Photographs, clips, posters and promotional materials are not free for reuse merely because they are available here. Permission to publish on ME ON SET does not automatically authorise a visitor's own use.
Paid publications and advertising must be clearly identifiable. Where we earn a commission from a particular recommendation, we disclose that relationship alongside the recommendation or link. A tourist board's logo identifies cooperation within the stated scope and does not guarantee every service at the destination.
7 Materials you send us
If you send a photograph, recording, story or other material for possible publication, provide authorship and available rights information. Do not send material you are not entitled to supply, confidential information or unnecessary personal data about others.
Sending material does not automatically transfer copyright or grant an unrestricted publication licence. Permission for publication, translation, editing, social media or promotion is agreed separately to the extent required. A suggestion or submission alone does not oblige us to publish or create an entitlement to payment.
8 Prohibited use and system protection
You must not disrupt the website or its security, access administration systems or data without authorisation, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the website for fraud, harassment or infringement of another person's rights.
Systematic copying of protected content or the database, including automated collection for commercial republication or model training, requires our permission to the extent the law allows us to require it. This does not restrict statutory rights that cannot be excluded, accessibility tools or ordinary search indexing that we permit.
We may proportionately restrict access to address a security incident, clear misuse, a legal obligation or maintenance. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the reason to the affected user and provide a way to contact us. Statutory remedies remain available.
9 External links and availability
External maps, videos, social networks and other providers' websites are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not make us the provider of another party's service. Our responsibility for our own selection, presentation or technical integration of external content remains governed by law
We maintain the website with reasonable care, but interruptions, faults or temporary unavailability may occur. Updating or removing content to correct information, protect third-party rights, address security or end a partnership does not affect rights you have already acquired under a separate agreement.
10 Liability
ME ON SET is responsible for its own acts and omissions under applicable law. We do not guarantee that another party's services will remain unchanged, that a location will always be open or that its present appearance will exactly match the screen version.
We are not responsible for loss that does not result from a breach of our obligations and for which the law does not otherwise make us liable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury for which we are responsible, breaches of data protection obligations, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms do not remove consumers' statutory rights or require a general waiver of claims for compensation.
11 Reports and written complaints
Report inaccuracies, security concerns or copyright and other rights issues to brunogrgurich@gmail.com. Include the link or location identifier, an explanation and a contact for our reply. For a rights complaint, include information sufficient to understand your right or authority. We do not routinely require unnecessary identity documents to accept a report.
We will consider reports without undue delay and, where appropriate, correct, temporarily restrict or remove the disputed content. We may request information needed to assess the report. This process does not limit statutory rights to correction, reply, judicial protection or contact with a competent authority.
Consumer complaints may be sent by email to brunogrgurich@gmail.com or by post to BG Vision d.o.o., Matuljska cesta 19D, 51211 Matulji, Croatia. We will acknowledge receipt without delay and provide a reasoned written response within 15 days of receipt. Complaint records are retained for one year, and longer only where another valid legal basis applies.
12 Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. Both are available through the website footer. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing, tracking or processing that requires separate consent.
13 Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms to reflect service development, legal changes or justified operational and security needs. We publish the version date and highlight material changes. Changes do not retrospectively affect accrued rights. Where amending an existing agreement requires separate acceptance, we will request it.
Croatian law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence where the conditions for those rules to apply are met. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; we do not impose exclusive Croatian jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration on consumers.
If a provision is invalid or does not bind a user, the remaining provisions apply to the extent they can continue without it. The Croatian and English texts express the same terms. Language ambiguity will not be interpreted to the detriment of consumers' statutory rights.
